Gilbert Ensemble (ages 15-25, or by special arrangement)

Gilbert Ensemble members join the company for one year with various duties in different aspects of production and theater operations. Each member of the ensemble is guaranteed at least one role in a show or one role backstage during a show in the season. The Ensemble is limited to 3-6 persons. Audition/Interview only.
