25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
In 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee an eclectic group of six mid-pubescents kids – played by a cast of adults – vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. All while candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing “ding” of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion!

It’s a Wonderful Life is a 1946 classic American holiday story that follows George Bailey and his guardian angel, Clarence, tries to save his life. George, a despondent, self-sacrificing man contemplates taking his own life on Christmas Eve until heavenly intervention shows him how profoundly he has impacted the lives of those around him.

Crimes of the Heart is a southern gothic drama that uses dark comedy to tell the tale of 3 eccentric sisters as they escape their dark past to seize their future.

The Glass Menagerie is a 1944 memory play by Tennessee Williams set during the Great Depression. It follows Tom Wingfield, his mother Amanda, and his sister Laura. The story explores the family’s struggles with poverty, shattered dreams, and a fragile escape from reality.

Next to Normal is a rock musical about Diana Goodman, a suburban mother with bipolar disorder, and how her mental illness and unacknowledged grief tear her family apart.
